Suzy has worked for the State of Tennessee in workers’ compensation for more than 30 years. Her extensive experience includes medical case management, utilization review, the Medical Fee Schedule, and the Return Employees to Work and Reduce Disabilities (REWARD) Program. This session is ideal for business owners, human resources professionals, supervisors, safety professionals, and anyone responsible for managing workers’ compensation matters within their organization.
