Hi! I'm Jennifer Manaker, the founder of Praise The Light. I offer a personalized approach for those seeking an integrative coaching experience. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I've dedicated my career to providing compassionate healthcare. I began my yoga journey to achieve more mindfulness. This brought about such a change in my life, I wanted to share that with others, so I became a yoga instructor. My passion for holistic wellbeing led me to also become a certified life coach. Balancing medical expertise with coaching skills, I empower individuals to achieve optimal health and personal fulfillment. With a commitment to fostering holistic growth, I strive to make a positive impact on both physical and emotional well-being.

As a yoga teacher and nurse practitioner with specialized training , Acceptance and Integration Training® (AAIT™) my holistic approach combines physical well-being, medical expertise, and emotional healing. Integrating yoga principles into healthcare, I guide individuals toward optimal health by addressing both their physical and mental needs. AAIT techniques further enhance my ability to support clients in achieving a balanced and integrated state of well-being.
