Join us to learn basic project manage skills and how to use the basic PM tools—such as Gantt charts and network diagrams—to help you succeed. Learn how to plan a project, manage resources, monitor progress, and deliver your project on time and on budget.

Class format features a short lecture on each topic, case studies discussion in small groups and resources for use in businesses and organizations

All classes are held in-person, with a Zoom option.

Classes are held at the library’s Learning Lab. The Learning Lab is the renovated bank building on the left as you enter the library parking lot from Cusick Street.
