About the Presenter
Bill Conner is the Military and Family Readiness Manager for the 134th Air Refueling Wing at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base. A 25-year Air Force and Air National Guard veteran, Bill served as a Radio and Television Broadcaster, Public Affairs Specialist, and certified instructor. He has more than 1,000 hours of classroom instruction and holds a Master of Arts in Communication Arts.
