A live demonstration of broadly available generative AI technology, the purpose of which is to provide examples of the capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases for gen AI specifically in human resources.  Participants will learn: a) the capabilities of generative AI technologies b) the limitations of generative AI technologies c) the privacy and cybersecurity risks of generative AI technologies d) how to identify an appropriate use of generative AI technology.
