Smoky Mountain Fiber Fair

Description

At this Festival, held at the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center, 123 Cromwell Dr., Townsend, you will have a chance to meet the alpacas, llamas, sheep, goats, and angora rabbits whose fleece becomes the fibers that are spun into yarn and used to create functional and art pieces. Experienced fiber artists will share their knowledge by demonstrating techniques and use of tools that can be applied to your own pursuits.
