Participants will explore a practical framework for coaching that drives accountability, builds trust, and improves individual and team performance. Through real-world examples and hands-on activities, leaders will learn how to ask powerful questions, provide meaningful feedback, and guide employees toward growth and success.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

• Apply a proven coaching model to real workplace situations.
• Use active listening and inquiry techniques to enhance employee engagement.

About the Speaker: 

Paul Boyles is an executive coach and trainer with more than 35 years of human resources experience across manufacturing, service, hospitality, and government. He helps leaders at all levels grow and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Scranton.
