This 90-minute session takes a workshop-laboratory approach to exploring the real sources of chaos inside organizations—and how leaders can reduce confusion, drift, and misalignment by building clarity into everyday communication practices. Participants will examine common root causes of organizational chaos, including unclear expectations, infrequent feedback, lack of follow-through, and overreliance on digital communication at the expense of human connection. Through self-diagnostic activities, attendees will identify where clarity is breaking down in their own teams.
